I wanted the Irish harp as a souvenir of our vacation in Ireland. I have to say, it was my first tattoo, so I was really nervous. But Beri, with her kind manner, calmed down all my nerves. Thank you so much for that.
But right from the start. The communication via email was really great. And the team was also very responsive to our spontaneous changes. Simply fantastic.
Scheduling appointments was also really easy. A few days in advance, you even get reminders so you don't forget the appointment.
Then the day arrived. I was incredibly nervous. 😅 But after just the first few sentences with Beri, I quickly calmed down. We talked roughly about the design, and then Beri created a design for me that perfectly matched my taste. She explained everything really well. If you didn't understand something, she calmly explained it again. She made me feel 100% comfortable. Thank you so much for that. It was a very positive experience for my first tattoo.

Ein rießen Dankeschön an The Black Hat Tattoo Dublin. Und ein ganz besonderes Danke an Beri.
Ich wollte als Erinnerung an unseren Urlaub in Irland, die irische Harfe. Man muss dazu sagen es war meine erste Tätoowierung, dem entsprechend war ich echt aufgeregt. Aber Beri hat mit ihrer lieben Art, mir meine ganze Nervosität genommen. Vielen dank schon mal dafür.
Aber von Anfang an. Die Kommunikation per Mail war schon echt super. Und das Team hat auch bei unseren spontan Änderungen super reagiert. Einfach klasse.
Auch die Termine ausmachen ging dann echt einfach. Ein paar Tage vorher bekommt man dann auch noch Erinnerungen geschickt, dass man den Termin nicht vergisst.
Dann war der Tag da. Ich furchtbar aufgeregt. 😅 Aber schon bei den ersten Sätzen mit Beri wurde ich schnell ruhiger. Wir haben grob über das Design gesprochen und Beri hat dann für mich ein Desing entworfen und hat auch sofort auf Anhieb meinen Geschmack voll getroffen. Sie hat alles super erklärt. Wenn man was nicht verstanden hat, hat sie es einem nochmal in aller Ruhe erläutert. Sie hat absolut dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich zu 100 % wohl fühle. Dafür vielen lieben Dank. Es war eine sehr positive Erfahrung für mein erstes Tattoo.

Aber auch das restliche Team ist super nett und achten sehr drauf, dass sich ihre Kunden wohl fühlen. Vielen lieben Dank.
